Brew on Premises (BOP)
The BOP system is designed and set up to enable the customer to brew their own beer, using the breweries equipment.
The equipment is supplied as a complete turnkey system with Brewing and Food Technologies providing project management from concept to supply, commissioning, and operator training with ongoing support.
BOP equipment is customized to individual requirements, but generally consists of 6 kettles producing 300 litres of beer per 90 minutes.
