Stuart McPherson founded brewing and Food Technologies Ltd (B.F.T) in 1993. The company is based in Nelson, New Zealand where it has proven globally competitive in the manufacturing and exporting of microbreweries.

Company history
The company provides services to the malting and brewing industry worldwide specializing in turnkey microbreweries. Brewing and Food Technologies has completed turnkey microbreweries in Russia, Japan, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. The brewery sizes range from 300 litres to 5000 litres and are customized to the individual requirements.
